They're At It Again

The sleaze balls we have in power in Massachusetts are at it again. They’ve pulled the wool of the eyes over the sheep (taxpayers). Dianne Wilkerson slipped in to the Senate version of the state budget protection for Matt Amorello. A little-noticed amendment would extend the term of a loyalist to Amorello on the Mass Turnpike Authority board, a provision that would protect Amorello and his $223,000 salary from ouster as chairman of the authority by Governor Romney.

The reason provided for the move is to provide continuity in the management of the Big (PIG) Dig project. Thanks Senator for your concern and for costing me and future taxpayers of this state additional money because of the abysmal management of the project.

Senator, it’s apparent that you are lining yourself up for some future plush job, because you surely don’t deserve to be re-elected to your current position.

Who are you kidding? You must think that we are all asleep.

I just hope that the House will come to it’s senses and decides to strike this amendment from the budget.
