Some Big Dig Questions

Which politician can answer these questions?

Taxpayers’ money went to fund “The Big Shaft” project to the tune of $14.6 million and counting, who is going to pay to settle the lawsuit that’s going to filed for Milena Del Valle?

Who is paying for and will pay for the ongoing inspections and mitigation of faulty work?

We’ve seen another person lose their life to a Big Dig related problem – ambulance delayed in getting through gridlock in tunnel – when is someone going to think outside the tunnel (box) and find alternative means of transporting the sick. Many years ago people used the East Boston ferry to commute from Boston to East Boston – why can’t we take better advantage of our waterway to get people back and forth?

While we’re on the subject of questions, one thing that’s been bothering me more now than ever before is why did we put the airport in East Boston in the first place? Maybe it’s time to think of moving it out by Hanscom or Worcester and turning this large prime water front property over for housing.

Unless our bumbling racketicians find a way to get the responsible parties to pay for their shoddy work, I vow to not pay an additional cent toward the Big Dig welfare program. I will do my best to start a protest movement as long as I can find a handful of people who haven’t already benefited from this Big Scam.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – Take it out of YOUR POCKETS!
