Mr. Obama in your inauguration speech you said, "and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you," I realize you were sending a message to other nations, but don't you have to include yourself as a slaughterer of the innocents when you sign legislation that condones abortion?
You're constantly talking about hope. What hope do these innocents have when you pass legislation that condones doing away with their lives. They are never even given the chance to see the light of day.
You readily act to do away with the torturing of prisoners yet on the other hand you allow the murder of innocent lives.
Do you ever sit back and look at your two precious daughters and think what if they were never given the chance to come out of their mother's womb?
Even though my conscience and beliefs told me not to vote for you, I still celebrated your historic election and had a glimmer of hope that you would do the right thing.
That audacity of hope has now been transformed into an audacity of arrogance in which you think that you can decide on life and death.
I'm very disappointed in your decision to end a ban on federal funding for international groups that perform abortions or provide information on them.
Only three days into your presidency and I'm disappointed. That candle that was lit with the flicker of hope flame is now out.
